Maldivian Democratic Party has appointed Anas Abdul Sattar as its secretary general at its 129th National Council meeting last night. Anas Abdul Sattar received 55 votes from 57 attendents of the council. Anas being a professional lawyer himself he has completed Bachalor of law L.LB (Hons.) Shari’ah & law from the International Islamic University of Islamabad.
